including industrial disease litigation and chancery work.
Personal Injury
Experienced in all aspects of personal
injury litigation, acting on behalf of both claimants and
defendants. Involved in many claims relating to noise induced
hearing loss, vibration white finger and other industrial diseases.
Regularly instructed in Fatal Accident claims. Particular interest
in all aspects of limitation. Undertakes work on a Conditional Fee
basis.

particularly concerning disputes relating to land. Has furthermore
been regularly instructed in police work. Experienced upon all
aspects of Human Rights Law. Regularly contributes commentaries for

prosecutor. Instructed to prosecute and defend in full range of
criminal work, including ''white collar'' fraud, and serious sex and
violence cases.
Experienced in advising upon all aspects of Human Rights law and

Human Rights Bulletin.
