principally in personal injury work, particularly industrial diseases.

instructions mainly in employment work.
Personal Injury
Acts for claimants and defendants, including DTI and has considerable
experience of group actions. Represented the DTI in the Wistow Fumes
litigation, involving leakage of carbon monoxide at the colliery. Group
actions for Claimants include asthma claims, industrial deafness and
vibration white finger. Personal injury work includes RTA, high value
claims and dyslexia claims.
Family
Includes care work, representing parents and guardians. Involved in
complicated non-accidental injury cases. Also ancillary relief work.
