Areas of Practice Crime Crime Appears in the Magistrates' Court, Youth Court and Crown Court in Yorkshire, the Midlands, the North East and Greater Manchester both prosecuting and defending. Recently defended and prosecuted allegations of wounding, wounding with intent, burglary and robbery. Civil Represents Claimants and Defendants in personal injury and road traffic accident claims. Also advises on liability and quantum and drafts statements of case. Prison Appears before Parole Board hearings representing those returned to prison during their license period.
